4. Campaigns, Creators & Collaborations

Influfly facilitates professional collaboration between brands and creators.

Campaign performance depends on variables including:

• •platform algorithms
• •content style & delivery
• •market and seasonal conditions

Influfly does not guarantee:

• •engagement metrics
• •conversions or sales
• •reach, impressions or outcomes

Final collaboration decisions remain with participating parties.

5. Payments & Commercial Terms

• •Fees shall be paid as per agreed project or engagement terms
• •Timelines may depend on milestone or advance payments
• •Certain services may be non-refundable
• •Applicable taxes, gateway or platform charges may apply

6. Intellectual Property
